Welcome to Winter Hawk, a charming A-Frame retreat tucked on a quiet street just moments from Pine Mountain Lake. Surrounded by ridge views and mature oak trees, this cozy mountain home is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Yosemite, hiking, or enjoying the lake. The space Inside, exposed wood beams and a stone fireplace create the warm feel of a classic Sierra cabin, while modern comforts keep everyone comfortable year-round. Sleeping Arrangements (4 Bedrooms): • Bedroom 1: Queen bed + futon (converts to double) • Bedroom 2: Queen bed • Bedroom 3: King bed + single bed • Bedroom 4: Bunk bed (single over double) + trundle with two pull-out singles The main living area features an open living and dining space with a large slider that opens onto the front deck—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks while watching deer wander through the neighborhood. Kids will love the upstairs bedroom that doubles as a play and hangout space, while the garage has been transformed into a game room with pool table, foosball, and darts. Outside you’ll find swings, a basketball hoop, cornhole, and plenty of space for outdoor games, making this home ideal for families and groups. Pine Mountain Lake is a private gated residential community, not a resort. The HOA charges a $50 per vehicle gate access fee, payable upon arrival and valid for 7 days. The pass allows entry to the community and access to amenities (some amenities may have additional fees). Please note the gate fee is charged per vehicle. Other things to note Notice: Pine Mountain Lake charges $50.00 per car parking fee one time per stay at the gate upon entry.
