However, there are many laundromats available within 2 to 5 minutes’ walking distance. Walkable Attractions: Seneca Casino, 7-Eleven, and local restaurants are just a short walk away. Peaceful Backyard: Relax and unwind in a lovely outdoor setting. Exterior Security Cameras: For your safety and peace of mind. Please Note - Property Layout: This home is divided into two units. While the lower floor may be occupied by other guests, your upper-floor unit comes with a dedicated entrance for your privacy. Neighbourhood Notes: Though some surrounding streets in Niagara Falls show signs of age, we do everything possible to ensure your stay is comfortable, secure, and fully equipped for your needs. Street Parking Rules (with Example): Odd dates (like July 1): Park on the odd-numbered side of the street. Even dates (like July 2): Park on the even-numbered side of the street. Switch sides at midnight. Example: If it’s July 1 (odd date), park on the odd side until midnight. After midnight (July 2, even date), park on the even side.
