Lisbon Family Nest

Experience the charm of the Lisbon area in our family flat. With everything a home should have to accommodate a family with young children, a spacious balcony with stunning river views and situated very close to the vibrant and historic heart of Lisbon, Cacilhas and the wide beaches of Costa da Caparica. The space The house has beds for 4 adults, a sofa bed for 1 adult and a cot for a child up to 4 years old. The double bed in the single room can be fitted with side protection so that a small child can also sleep in it. The double bed room is equipped to change a baby's nappies and clothes and also has a pram that can be used for babies or small children and a sun lounger. There is also a small baby bath (shantala) that can be used in the bedroom or in the guest bathroom. In the living/dining room, there are various toys and games that can be used by the children. The living room also has a desk with a desk chair in a slightly more secluded area of the room, but still allowing you to keep an eye on the children. The sofa is extendable to make room for a single bed. A mattress topper can be requested to make sleeping on this sofa more comfortable. In the kitchen you'll find a highchair for babies and various crockery for the little ones to use. Cleaning and/or dangerous utensils can be placed in a locked area (by wireless card) in the kitchen cupboard. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an iron and ironing board, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a clothesline (in addition to the one outside, next to the exit from the kitchen to the balcony). All rooms have access to the large balcony. The balcony is equipped with a deck where you can have a drink or a small meal while looking out over the Tagus river, with Lisbon's city centre in the background. The centre of Lisbon is 15-20 minutes away by a lovely ferry boat trip. The beaches of Costa da Caparica are 15-20 minutes away by car. And the riverside at Cacilhas/Ginjal, with its sailing boats, restaurants and gardens, is a 5-15 min walk away, where you can enjoy one of the most memorable sunsets you've ever experienced. Guest access The flat can be reached by car, boat, tram or bus. The flat is 5 minutes away from the Cacilhas transport hub, which can be reached by boat, tram or bus. If you've arrived at the Cacilhas hub by transport and you're heavily laden with suitcases or other items, we advise you to take a taxi from the hub to the flat. This is simply because the road from the transport hub to the flat is a bit steep, making the journey time about 10 minutes. Registration Details 152802/AL
