Tucked away amidst the luscious greenery of Knebworth village lies a hidden gem where friends and families can enjoy a fun & private escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. This property boasts ample amenities covering entertainment, health & fitness & outdoor activities for all ages! The main property can sleep up to 8 guests and comprises of 1 king room with en suite, 3 double rooms ( 1 room with 2 single beds), bathroom & open plan living room & kitchen area. Please bear in mind the en-suite king room is attached to a double room and there is no door between them. There is a charge of 10 per car thereafter. Please bear in mind the property is an annex next to the main residence around 50m away. There is another property roughly 60m away.The main residence is inhabited by the owners. The other property 60m away is listed on Airbnb and other platforms also. The estate is also located near the A1. If you are planning on bringing your furry friends please also bear in mind we have 3 cats on the property. Our property/ land is also available for venue hire for birthdays/weddings/events and the marquee can be hired separately for small events. There is a charge of £10 per car above this You can bring your car to the parking area at the bottom of the driveway to offload your luggage but we kindly ask you to park your cars at the parking area at the entrance of the driveway after this. Other things to note Please bear in mind Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 4 are interconnected without a door. They are both essentially in 2 rooms separated by a door space with no door. This is the bedroom with the en-suite. There are 3 cats on the premises - please bear this in mind if you are bringing any pets.
