This 2 bed self-catering holiday homes in Killaloe sleep 4 guests and have 2 bedrooms: Property layout – Ground floor: - Bedroom 1: twin sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with shower over bath Property layout –First Floor: - Well-equipped kitchen - Living room - Open-plan dining room - Bedroom 2: double sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with shower Ample off-street car parking and Wi-Fi is available at Lakeside Holiday Homes. There is also a small playground on site for kids. Kindly note that a room on the ground floor is currently being used as a laundry room. This room will always remain locked. The laundry room is accessed through patio doors to the rear of the home. Only the patio doors provide external access to this store room for the use of the onsite manager and cleaners. Local Area and Tourist AttractionsGuests can access the town via a path, woodland walk, and beautiful boardwalk along Lough Derg. You and your guests will enjoy the pleasant 10-minute walk to the many amenities these two lakeside towns have to offer. Things to do in a local area: - Water sports in Ul Sports Adventure Centre - Two Mile Gate Lakeside Park: Blue Flag bathing area (2.9km from these holiday homes). - Ballycuggeran Woods: oak wood with a panoramic view of Lough Derg. - Riverside Park & outdoor swimming pool in Ballina on the Tipperary side (during high season) - Driving the Wild Atlantic Way - Visiting the Cliffs of Moher - Dooling Village - Ailwee Caves & Doolin Cave - The Burren National Park - The 15th century Bunratty castle IMPORTANT NOTES1. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager before arrival how this is calculated or before making the booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. Other things to note Included services - Towels per Person - 1 set of towels (1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person). You must select the total number of sets you want in the drop down - Parking - Bed linen - Internet Access Optional services - Cot/Crib: Price: Included in the booking. - Cancellation Insurance: Price: % 5 of the booking price. - Baby high chair: Price: Included in the booking.
