The upstairs space is much bigger, due to being built over an integral garage. The single bedroom has a single bed with a trundle bed underneath. We are listing as 'sleeps 5' because when the trundle is pulled out fully you aren't able to shut the door. There are ways around this and can be available for 6 people upon request. Both double bedrooms can comfortably fit a travel cot, but we will normally set up in bedroom 2 unless advised otherwise. The garden is enclosed and only accessible from the house.
