Living Room Located on ground floor this lovely room is furnished with two sofas, ottoman, coffee table, side tables, and a flat screen Smart TV A log burner keeps things toasty during the cooler months *Wood and firelighters provided for first fire Dining Area The dining area can be found in the kitchen and is furnished with a table and seating for six Kitchen The contemporary kitchen has a fabulous gas range cooker with gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, microwave and Nespresso pod coffee machine. Further free parking directly outside the property. EV charger is available for a charge of £40 per week. Please note, the EV charger is operated by a card which will be left in the property for your arrival. There is a £10 fee to replace this card if lost. Guest access The whole property Other things to note The Granary is most suited to families & couples looking for a tranquil holiday in the rural South Devon countryside setting. It’s not suitable for party groups, hen or stag do's. If your stay falls outside either of these groups, please get in touch before making your booking to discuss your requirements.
