The space This charming compact single-level 2-bedroom bungalow is perfectly designed for comfort and convenience. Situated on gently sloping land, the property offers parking for 2 cars. Upon entering, you step into a welcoming hallway. To your left is the compact double bedroom, featuring a cozy double bed, bedside shelves with lamps, a 4-drawer unit for clothes and personal items, and a mirror. Directly ahead is the spacious master bedroom, offering plenty of room around the bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, a 5-drawer storage unit, and a mirror. To your right is the modern, fully tiled bathroom, complete with a bath, mixer shower with bath screen, a compact sink unit with mixer tap and mirror, and WC. The living room, located straight ahead to the right, is carpeted and furnished with a striking blue velvet corner sofa, a 55-inch TV, and a 4-seat dining table positioned in front of double doors leading to the garden. The living space flows into a compact, stylish blue-and-white kitchen, fully equipped for all your cooking needs, with its own door to the garden. Stepping outside, you arrive at the lower tier of the garden, fully concreted and clean, with two cushioned rattan chairs to sit back, relax and listen to the birds sing, a compact outside dining table with four chair’s for outside dining. Nestled in the corner we have a hot tub area directly opposite a retractable privacy screen and a bbq station. Steps lead up to additional garden space, offering a well manicured lawn with river views. Guest access Use of all space apart from the shed at the top of the garden/ attic space / hot tub unless open and booked Please note hot tub is weather permitting and not available on last minute bookings.
