WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL Guest access A safe deposit box is located inside the awning attached to the garage door (right side). You'll have 3 keys; 1 canopy entrance door 1 laundry area at the end of the carport 1 outdoor bathroom next to the laundry room Once inside the accommodation, you'll have access to the entire property. Other things to note To get your vacation started with your right foot, we've included some disposable amenities like body wash and shampoo for each bathroom, three trash bags, one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a dish soap, and a dish sponge. While we make sure to provide you with the essentials, please note that we do not offer unlimited disposable amenities. 1 bath towel per guest and at least 3 pool towels. Each bed is prepared with a fitted, 1 blanket and/or quilted and at least 1 pillow per bed; we do not provide extra blankets or sheets. It is their responsibility to review the services we provide and stock with anything else you may need for your stay. The property does not have an electric generator. For the comfort of our guests, the property has solar panels and batteries; so we recommend making responsible use of the energy so that at the time there is an electrical interruption you can enjoy the benefit and privilege of the batteries. If there is a service interruption the property will run on batteries and only equipment considered by us essential will work. If you do not make a responsible use the charging of the batteries will run out early and will not have service!!! We do not provide gas for the BBQ. We recommend that before placing food on the grill, make sure that the tank has gas. In order to maintain the control of pests, insects and odor due to food and/or fat waste we strongly request not to leave food and/or food waste, sweets among others outside the fridge, remove the garbage to the area provided in front of the property (blue containers) and leave the grill and the clean area (free of food and garbage) otherwise you will have a charge of $75 to your account. Because the house is located in a residential (not tourist) urbanization in rural area (countryside) and is in contact with nature (nearby plants and trees), please note that you can find insects, mosquitoes, ants, domestic animals (cats, dogs), our typical "rooster", among others around the facilities (the facilities do not have gates and there are privacy walls around). On rainy days it is common to see the presence of ants and other insects. The property is located near the course of the complex is a common area so we are not responsible for the maintenance of it; although it is always in condition and the guests have been able to enjoy the facilities; sometimes the green areas are not in optimal condition. Pool maintenance is scheduled to be performed prior to the guest's arrival; any setback or delay arises on the route; must allow the technician to enter to perform the service and be able to ensure the health of the water and provide a pleasant stay. **We want to remind you that we are not a hotel but a cozy private accommodation which means we offer a more personalized and unique experience but with certain limits on our services. Our business hours are 8am-10pm, during which we are happy to accommodate any questions or needs you may have during your stay. Any messages received outside of these hours will be attended to as soon as possible the next day.
