Coamo is known for its beautiful landscapes and year-round warm weather. In addition, you will be close to tourist attractions such as the famous Coamo Hot Springs and the picturesque village of Santa Isabel. Our beautiful and cozy home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups of friends. Master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a private bathroom, while 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 1 bunk bed with 3 beds (1 full size and 2 twin). The property also has a spacious living room, fully stocked kitchen, and cozy dining area. We have a large outdoor terrace to share; BBQ area and our beautiful pool. THE PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A ELECTRIC GENERATOR. I could experience power outages since the PREPA infrastructure in Puerto Rico is quite fragile; it is an event outside our control for which we do not offer any kind of reimbursement; even so I will find a battery lantern in case an inconvenience arises during the night; we also keep our attention in case the event is an extended one being able to help the guest in whatever is within our reach. These events can be for short periods and sometimes for longer periods depending on the severity of the breakdown. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL Guest access Once inside the accommodation you will have access to the whole property. Other things to note To get your vacation off to the right foot, we've included some disposable amenities like body wash and shampoo for each bathroom, three bags of paper towels, one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a dish soap, and a dish sponge. While we make sure to provide you with the essentials, please note that we do not offer unlimited disposable amenities. 1 bath towel per guest and at least 3 pool towels. It is your responsibility to review the services we provide and stock with anything else you may need for your stay. The property does not have a electric generator. We do not provide gas for the BBQ. We recommend that before placing food in the grill make sure the tank has gas. In order to maintain the control of pests, insects and malodor due to food waste and/or fat we strongly request to leave the grill and the clean area otherwise will have a charge of $75. Because the house is located in a residential (not tourist) urbanization in rural area (countryside) and is in contact with nature (nearby plants and trees), please note that you can find insects, mosquitoes, ants, domestic animals (cats, dogs), our typical "gallo", among others around the facilities (the facilities have gates and there are privacy walls around). On rainy days it is common to see the presence of ants and other insects. The property is located near the course of the complex is a common area so we are not responsible for the maintenance of it; although it is always in condition and the guests have been able to enjoy the facilities; sometimes the green areas are not in optimal condition. **We want to remind you that we are not a hotel but a cozy private accommodation which means we offer a more personalized and unique experience but with certain limits on our services. Our business hours are 8am-10pm, during which we are happy to accommodate any questions or needs you may have during your stay. Any messages received outside of these hours will be attended to as soon as possible the next day.
