Please note Trinity Rd. to Sonoma is very windy. Dry Creek Road and Oakville Grade are less windy, but do have some sharp turns. -home is located on Trinity Rd. and cars are visible during your stay however the road quiets down in the evening -No pets are allowed only services animals are allowed -Guest entry instructions: this rental utilizes an e-lock which requires a unique code to enter and will be sent to you the week of your arrival. ✔ NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood. The county prohibits amplified outside noise. Please keep the music/conversation down during the daytime and evening. ✔ QUIET HOURS: Please head back in the house between 9 PM and 7 AM. All music, TV, and conversations should be kept to a regular conversation level. Quiet Hours are mandated by Sonoma County and breaking this rule is grounds for ending your stay early with no refund. ✔ SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in this home. This will result in a fine of $200 or more. ✔ CELL RECEPTION: The home is located in an area with marginal cell reception. A landline is available for guest use if needed. ✔ PARKING: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles ✔ OUTDOOR FIRES: No outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed based on county regulations.
