The space The DORAMAS apartment is one of the four available in the La Casa de San Juan building. This accommodation is spacious and shares a common area with the other apartments, which includes a swimming pool with chill-out cushions. The room is very comfortable and has a TV and window to the outside. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen shares space with the living room and dining room, all harmoniously integrated and with access to a small terrace ideal for enjoying a coffee overlooking the pool. This apartment is located on the first floor of the house, with no need to climb stairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, making you feel at home. To access the apartment, there is a digital system that allows the opening from your own cell phone. Guest access The La Casa de San Juan building has common areas for all four apartments. The common areas include the building entrance, the exterior hallway, the staircase, and the pool area. The DORAMAS apartment is private, and no spaces are shared with other guests; only the common areas and the pool are shared.
