Bungalow on the beach

Beautiful beachfront getaway This completely refubished beachfront bungalow has been completed to a high standard. With three good size double bedrooms with direct acccess to the beach, it's the perfect place to spend some family time. There is parking for two/three cars on the drive way, high speed internet and walking distance to a number of restaurants/shops. We purchased our beachfront getaway in January 2024 and hope you enjoy it as much as we do The space Everything is brand new and been completely refurbished as of 1 May 2024. We are excited to be able to share our beach getaway with you. The property has 3 double bedooms The master bedroom has a king size bed and sofa bed that can accomodate an extra person. There is a tv on the wall and pictures will be put up soon! The next bedroom is a double good size room and has zip and link beds so you can have as two singles or a super king bed (please let us know on booking) The final bedroom again is a double with two single bedrooms There is a well fitted kitchen with oven/fridge freezer/dishwasher/ washing maching and everything you need for your holiday. The main bathroom has a shower and WC and there is also a separate WC. The lounge has a large 6 seater sofa and 65inch tv. The highlight of this room are the newly fitted bifolds leading out to the patio which has direct access to the beach. There is a 6 seater dining table/chairs and featue light. As we all as the patio giving direct acccess to the beach the property has a courtyard. Although not in the pictures yet, there will be outdoor seating and more pictures in the bedrooms. There is a porch area which has direct access out to the back patio so perfect for storing your wetsuits and boards. The driveway has parking for two cars and there is also free street parking. What else can we say.....we are really excited about spending time as a family here together and hope your family enjoy it as much as we do. Guest access All of the property. There is a locked cupboard in the kitchen and a locked storage until down the side of the house where we keep some of our personal belongings but apart from that the place is yours! Other things to note We don't live on Hayling Island but have purchased the property as it is the nearest coast to where we live in London. Our kids have really enjoyed their last few weekends on the beach and surrounding areas in Hayling and we hope you enjoy our place as much as we do.
