Birch Cleave Tower is a beautifully renovated stone tower in Simonsbath, sleeping 2 across three charming levels that blend character with modern comfort. Entry is via external steps into the living area, with stairs down to a well-equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar, new appliances including a washer, tumble dryer, electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, and a Nespresso machine with pods provided. The space The shower room, with shower, toilet and hand basin, is also on this level, with an external door leading out to the garden. Upstairs, the sitting room offers a plush sofa, smart TV and wifi throughout. Ingeniously designed paddle stairs lead to the rooftop bedroom with a king-sized bed, integrated cupboard space and hanging areas, though note the ceilings are low in places as part of the clever use of space. Outside, guests can enjoy a pretty walled garden with wooden table and chairs for al fresco dining, plus a circular herb planter to use while cooking. The Tower is one of two detached barn conversions set back from the road, each with its own separate outdoor space, and there is another holiday cottage nearby (adults only, sleeps 4). Off-road parking is available beside the property. Bed linen and towels are provided, and heating and electricity are included in the price, with central heating fitted throughout. Please note this property is not suitable for children under 18, is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for those with restricted mobility, and pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
