Welcome to our stunning period 2 bedroom self catering apartment for up to 4 guests located on St Georges Road, right in the heart of Regency Cheltenham. The space Beautifully furnished and well equipped this self catering home offers the following accommodation: Generous open plan kitchen lounge diner crammed full of original period features that include high ceilings, sash windows with working wooden shutters, feature fire and chandelier. There's a comfy corner sofa and QLED SMART 43 " TV that will allow you to log in to your own streaming accounts and catch up TV channels. There's a dining table for 4 and the kitchen has a breakfast bar for 2. The kitchen is well appointed with a dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine along with a microwave, kettle and toaster too. The apartment has two bedrooms and 1 bathroom and also find a useful study area in the hallway. The Master bedroom has a King Sized bed, and just outside the bedroom door is a dressing area and access to a stunning shower room. Bedroom 2 has a Super King 'Zip 'n Link' bed that can be split into singles on request (please note: whilst we'll always try and accommodate last minute requests we do need at least 24 hours notice to set up the single beds). Both Bedrooms over look the rear of the property which has a pleasant and peaceful outlook over the private garden below (which isn't able to be accessed by guests). Parking: For parking, we offer daily parking permits for £5 per night per car for up to 2 cars. This will give you street parking in the local area. Complimentary Full Fibre Broadband is available too. Guest access Our home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival. Other things to note We are privileged to look after this home on behalf of the private owners. Parking: We offer daily parking permits for £5 per night per car for up to 2 cars. This will give you street parking in the local area. Prior to your stay we will request your vehicle registration number so we can add your car to the digital permit scheme. Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We also include complimentary tea, coffee and sugar . Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other cooking basics such as cooking oils, however, if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you. The home comes with complimentary Full Fibre Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV which enables you to access your own streaming accounts. Please note - the TV is not connected to a traditional analogue Aerial and live TV can be watched only through catch up streaming services. We supply all linen for both beds along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with a bath mat in the bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided along with shower gel, shampoo & face / body cream. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel. We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights.
