Located along the narrow and charming alleys of Vieste`s historic center, a stone`s throw from the ramparts and with a panoramic view of the sea, apartment Angolo Blu is perfect for accommodating one or two people. The entrance is into a small kitchen with kitchenette, table and chairs, refrigerator, TV and air conditioning. To the right of the entrance is the double bedroom. From the kitchen, a few steps upward lead to the bathroom complete with shower. The surroundings of Angolo Blu in Vieste The small vacation house Angolo Blu is located in the ancient heart of Vieste, a stone`s throw from the ramparts and overlooking the sea. The narrow street along which the apartment is located is a pedestrian zone. A short walk from the house is Piazza Castello. All major services are within walking distance. The area becomes ZTL from 1/6 to 15/9 in the time slot from 8 pm to 7 am the next morning. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 14 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioning in the living room. - The apartment is located in the ZTL area and from 01/06 to 15/09 it is not possible to transit or park from 8pm to 7am. - Bathroom with low-ceiling. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 100 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer.
