The unit is fully stocked with linens, towels, cookware, dishware, and essentials, ensuring your stay is seamless and unforgettable. Important Things to Note: - Mandatory building registration and rental agreement must be completed and submitted to building management at least 48 hours prior to arrival - Two parking passes provided: One designated garage space and one top-deck space (first come, first served) - Minimum age requirement applies - All TVs are Smart TVs with app streaming capabilities only - Smoke-free property - Pet-Friendly property ($250 non-refundable pet fee will apply and 1 dog max) - Maximum occupancy applies to all guests, including adults and children Guest access The building and the condo itself are key pad convenient (keyless). A set of keys in the condo will give guests access to the building fitness center, the condo itself and to the back entrance of the building by the pool area. Other things to note The garage access remote is very hard to replace. If a guest loses the remote or takes it with them, there will be a $200 fine.
