Complete with AC, High-Speed Internet & catch the game with cable TV & Smart TVs! A security camera outside records video & audio 24/7 with motion detection for your peace of mind. The space The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, and one with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking and baking needs, and a washer and dryer. The living room is bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy outdoor dining with seating for all on our large deck and prepare a meal on the gas grill (Available April-October). Have fun playing lawn games in our large backyard and roast s'mores at night around the fire pit. Please note that the lawn may be shared with up to 6 guests in the duplex. Please contact us if you'd like to rent out the entire space. We offer WIFI/internet and a collection of games and puzzles for your enjoyment. Sorry, but no pets, please. Other things to note The climbing of several flights of stairs to access the main house is required. No smoking allowed Provided: Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. We do provide a starter pack of essentials which includes the following: 2-3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1-2 rolls of paper towels/unit, dish soap, hand soap and 2-3 garbage bags. We also supply 1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and makeup remover towels per bathroom. Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc. Please bring your own firewood to enjoy the fire pit. Guest access Guests will have access to parking (up to 2 cars only), share the backyard with other guests from the duplex, and access to the entire main house and large deck. Other things to note We normally rent out the entire property (main house + duplex) to the same group. However, during the off-season and during small gaps in the peak season, we offer the ability to rent the main house and duplex separately. Other things to note: The climbing of several flights of stairs to access the main house is required The loft is not for guest use. Please do not try to climb the ladder, take it off or move it. The wood burning stove pictured in the main house is not for guest use. Grill is available at Main House from April-October for guest use. A signed rental agreement and a refundable security deposit is required prior to checking in.
