Just one hour from NYC, nestled between Cold Spring and Beacon, and only 5 minutes from the Appalachian Trail, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a loft gym with Peloton and treadmill, a chef’s kitchen, and a seasonal pool and hot tub overlooking stunning views, this is your ideal escape. We look forward to hosting you! The space Our retreat features three formal bedrooms: a primary bedroom with a king bed, and two guest rooms with queen beds. The loft area includes a twin bed with a trundle underneath and a fantastic gym equipped with a Peloton, treadmill, weights, balance ball, and more—perfect for fitness enthusiasts! Cozy up in the living room with a card game, musical instruments, or enjoy a movie on the smart TV. Sleeping arrangements include: - Bedroom 1: King bed with en suite full bath - Bedroom 2: Queen bed and desk - Bedroom 3: Queen bed and desk - Bedroom 4 / Gym: Twin bed with trundle and gym area Bathroom details: - Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with shower - Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with jacuzzi tub and two attached half baths for Bedrooms 2 & 3 - Bathroom 3: Half bath We look forward to welcoming you! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. Please note that our pool is open from May to September. All guests must sign a waiver prior to their stay due to the nature of the pool, hot tub, and exercise equipment. There is an additional fee of $50 per guest, per night, for groups of over six. Guests will need to use their own Peloton login to access the exercise equipment. Other things to note Our home is the perfect spot to unwind—whether you’re relaxing in the hot tub, cooking with friends, working out in the gym, swimming in the pool, or simply enjoying the breathtaking sunset views. Please note, there is a $1000 security hold that will be requested after completing your reservation.
