The vaulted ceiling allows for a spacious and bright living room and sunroom area so you can enjoy the pool and river views even from inside. Heated pool, dock, and private river beach in the backyard are great for swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or boating. (There are dolphins that come around - we hope you get to see them too!) Beach Access is just a short walk across the street. Enjoy this unpopulated beach perfect for swimming, seashell and treasure hunting, surfing, and fishing. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, driveway, pool, and dock (excluding the boat and boat lift) as well as the deeded beach access for this home directly across the street. Other things to note We are sorry to say that this is not a pet friendly home. The maximum number of guests is also strictly enforced. At no time can there be more than the allowed 12 guest maximum. This includes visitors. A violation of either of these rules will result in a fine.
