The backyard includes a heated pool, dock and BBQ located on the Indian River and access to a quiet, unpopulated ocean beach! Enjoy beautiful sunrises on the beach and end your days with a river side sunset in the backyard while you enjoy the pool and river/dock. Activities include fishing, swimming, surfing, bike riding, paddle boarding, treasure hunting, crabbing, walking, hiking, boating, bird watching, kayaking The space This spacious 6 bedroom home sleeps 14 people. The vaulted ceiling allows for a spacious and bright living room and sunroom area so you can enjoy the pool and river views even from inside. Heated pool, dock, and private river beach in the backyard are great for swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or boating. (There are dolphins that come around - we hope you get to see them too!) Beach Access is just a short walk across the street. Enjoy this unpopulated beach perfect for swimming, seashell and treasure hunting, surfing, and fishing. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, driveway, pool, and dock (excluding the boat and boat lift) as well as the deeded beach access for this home directly across the street. Other things to note We are sorry to say that this is not a pet friendly home. The maximum number of guests is also strictly enforced. At no time can there be more than the allowed 12 guest maximum. This includes visitors. A violation of either of these rules will result in a fine.
