We are also centrally located to host teams for all events and family vacations. Cozy Cottage will be your extended home. The space Beautiful new two level house with two bedrooms and two full baths. Back yard landscaped with grassy yard. We have a pickle ball court and a fire pit for your use as well. FIRST LEVEL Bedroom one on first level is King bed with 50 in Smart tv in room. Has full bath on this level with full kitchen, sofa bed that is a queen, 65 inch smart tv, and fireplace. Unique, spiral staircase to the second level. SECOND LEVEL Bedroom two on second level has two bunk beds with queen beds on bottom and twin XL on the top. Also has a large sectional couch, 75 in smart tv, washer and dryer, full bathroom and lots of space for playing games or just chilling. Guest access Guest access to house is by keypad. Guests last four digits of telephone number used to book reservation is the access code for the keypad to enter house during the entire length of stay. Other things to note Also included in our spacious kitchen is a griddle, air fryer, steamer, blender and crock pot. Also, YouTube tv is free to our guests.
