The space The Oceans Oyster is a perfect getaway for your beach vacation! With only a five minute walk to the beach( 2 blocks to private beach access across the street) , and sound views off the back decks perfect for sunsets drinks and more you won’t want to leave this gorgeous light filled home. Fully renovated and designed with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the new kitchen, fully stocked with a coffee & wine bar entertaining is a breeze. This open concept, living area and dining can seat up to 10 people comfortably.! Perfect for entertaining and movie night ! With a screened in porch off the kitchen enjoy your morning coffee while looking at the beautiful view, the peace and serenity that you will feel in the quiet mornings will start your day off right. There’s also a grill on the deck here, perfect for those nights where you want to grill your catch from the day.! On this main level, you will also find the primary bedroom off of the kitchen with king bed ,a full bath, large closet and smart TV. On the second level, you will find two other king bedrooms with peak ceilings, water views with a large deck across the entire back of the home, perfect for viewing sunset and water views of the gorgeous sound,, large closets with storage and smart TVs . These two king bedrooms, share a large hall bath, located between the bedrooms with shower tub and double vanity. On the lower level, you will find the bonus area perfect for the kids and or guests who want a little more privacy. Twin bunkbeds are perfect for the little ones, and the queen sleeper sofa is great for those nights where you need some extra room. Smart TV and ceiling fan are also in this room along with its own full bathroom with shower and tub and large vanity. You will also find the washer and dryer in this area. Let’s not forget the hot tub and fenced in yard. Perfect for those nights to relax and look at the stars and for the fur babies and kids to enjoy playing outside safely. You will also find the outdoor shower next to the hot tub perfect for rinsing off before dipping in, or just to relax and shower outside in the beautiful weather. Tons of parking in the driveway area enough for up to six cars with a two car garage filled with tons of beach gear for those beach days. Backpack chairs, and beach carts a kayak and more.! This home has water views but no water access but if bringing your boat, there is a boat launch two doors down super convenient for those fisherman, and boaters. We hope you enjoy the ocean’s oyster! *Designed and renovated by Stacy Morgan Designs * Guest access Guests can use the entire home, there are three floors to the home, there is also two car garage bay, front porch, top deck, with views of the sunset, and the sound, and screened in porch with views of the sound on the main level. Other things to note The beach is only a five minute walk two blocks away with public beach access at the end of the street across the street from the driveway just to the right when coming out of the driveway. We have beach carts and backpack chairs, there’s a kayak to use as well on the property. There is no access to the sound there is no boat dock or anything like that for this property. There is a boat launch to doors down . There’s a hot tub that can be used and an outdoor shower as well . Pack and play in highchair are always on the property to use:) ***Pet fee will be added when you choose your pets as guests :) $250 pet fee for up to 2 pets:) Pet dishes are on the property to use :-) Please put the trash out by the driveway in the bin upon leaving. Trash goes out on Monday night and Wednesday night. Recycling goes out on Tuesday night. Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher prior to leaving. And please put towels that have been used into the mudroom/laundry room. Please leave beds the way that they are we can take care of the linens for you. Baby gates and dog dishes available to use No smoking allowed in the home there will be a fee of $250 for any smoking on the property or vaping.
