Guest access You will have full access to the first-floor living space including the half bath and patio. The second floor has both bedrooms and the full bath. Parking is available in the driveway. Other things to note Please take note of the following important information: Secure Smart-Lock Check-In: You will receive a secure smart lock code prior to your arrival, allowing for a smooth and convenient check-in process. Consumables: Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables (e.g., toiletries, food, beverages) after the initial supply provided. ID Requirement: As per our policy, we kindly request the IDs of all individuals who are booking the accommodation. Parking: There is parking available on the premises for one vehicle. Pet Policy: If you are bringing a pet, please be aware that there is a pet fee of $125 per pet. For a second pet, an additional charge of $125 applies. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we require a photo of your pet as well as their vet records. Please note that only dogs are allowed for long-term stays, while cats are allowed for stays under 3 months. We do not accommodate individuals from the local area in this unit.
