Welcome to The Retreat - At Lake Monroe The space Our property offers a great space for relaxing and getting away from it all! Upon entry you're greeted with natural light, vaulted ceilings, and a comfortable open living space. The well appointed kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with pots, pans, dish ware, bakeware, kitchen towels, and more. Meanwhile, the adjacent dining area is perfect for sharing a meal or enjoying a board game or puzzle. The fully stocked coffee bar is also available to get your day off on the right foot, offering a variety of coffees, creamer, and sugar. Just down the hall is a full bathroom featuring premium amenities and walk in shower, while the adjacent bedroom offers plenty of storage space, a walk in closet, a comfortable memory foam mattress, and USB charging ports for your convenience! The living room is perfect for relaxing, watching movies, or socializing, and the 70 inch smart TV is WIFI connected so you can stream your favorite new series or the big game! Just past the living room, the sliding glass door opens to the beautiful back deck! Set high in the trees, this space is great for reading a book, taking a nap, or sharing in good conversation as you lounge on the patio furniture and enjoy the great views of the woods! Back inside and up the spiral staircase you'll find a dedicated work space perfect for the traveling professional or digital nomad! With a computer desk, ergonomic chair, and USB charging you can easily finish up work before heading out on your next adventure. In addition, the loft area also offers a comfortable futon for relaxing or taking a break. In the evening, the futon can also be converted into a fold flat bed for an extra guest! Guest access Guests are free to use the entire condo as well as the back deck! If you're looking to get out of the house, the grounds of the community are full of wildlife and beautiful to explore!
