Your coastal retreat awaits! ♥ Other things to note Mid-Stay Cleaning for Extended Stays: For all stays of 20 nights or longer, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled to ensure the property is well-maintained for the duration of your visit. This helps us uphold our quality standards and ensures your continued comfort. The cleaning will include general tidying, surface cleaning, (fresh linens will be optional). For month-long stays (30+nights) we will schedule the mid stay cleaning around day 14-16 of your reservation. Let us know your preferred date within that window, and we will coordinate with our cleaning team. The first mid-stay cleaning is complimentary. For stays longer than one month, additional mid-stay cleanings will be required approximately every 30 days and will be the guest’s responsibility. We will coordinate with you to schedule these cleanings in advance.
