Another option is to cook on the gas grill outside. Grab your morning hot beverage from the coffee area with dual-function Keurig coffeemaker that also includes drip coffeemaking. A starter pack of Kcups, ground coffee, sugar, and creamer is provided. Guest access You have access to everything in the cabin except the locked owner’s closet. No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with a digital keypad. Plentiful parking in a circular driveway. You’ll enjoy close proximity to Hochatown’s best restaurants and activities. You’ll be in in the West Fork development just south of Hochatown. Get a thrill from zip lining, swincars, ATVs, or go-karting. Take on the greens at one of several golf courses. Get up close and personal with animals at the Hochatown petting zoo or go on a horseback-riding excursion. Explore nature's finest beauty along scenic hiking trails inside Beavers Bend State Park; enjoy boating, jet skis, and more on beautiful Broken Bow Lake; or fish on the Mountain Fork River! Upon booking, we will send you our digital Welcome Area Guide curated by our team, highlighting Broken Bow & Hochatown's best for a seamless experience and 5-Star stay! -No parties permitted, per Airbnb regulations. -Pets: Up to 2 dogs permitted pending approval, dog rules and pet fee. -No smoking or vaping of any kind. -No fireworks permitted. -Maximum occupancy: 12 adults and children. Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. -Must be 25 to rent, and person booking must be present at the property during the entire stay. -You will be required to sign a rental agreement, which will require you to upload your license. -Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service or any services provided by the county. No refund for outages or less than optimal speed or content. -A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish sponge, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, K-cup pods, firewood and salt/pepper is provided for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washer/dryer is provided. Host provides towels and linens. - 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed) -Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups. -Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.) -This cabin is located in the forest and it's common to come across various critters like chiggers, bugs, and other nature-loving creatures. Leaving doors open might invite some of them in, despite our efforts to manage the situation. We work with a professional pest control company to minimize encounters, but please note that refunds won't be provided for animal, insect, or pest encounters. -A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items. This is a hold, not a charge. This deposit will be collected via an Airbnb-approved third-party software. -Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.
