This stylish place with lots of parking, is perfect for family and friends. The Jefferson house in Sheridan offers an excellent location to Main St, as well as a fully remodeled home. Every detail of the kitchen was redone with short term guests in mind. From custom countertops, 5' refrig, multiple coffee dispensers and instant filtered hot water, to new beds, laundry, fireplaces, patios front and back, cable, wifi and huge couches for relaxing. We thought about what you would want in a home. The space Our home sits on the corner of Jefferson and Whitney street, both VERY quiet streets. There is ample parking on both sides of the street on Whitney for trailers as well as multiple vehicles. Also across the street is a park and in the wintertime it is a local favorite with a huge sled hill with stairs. Very fun to watch from the house! Apartment above can also be rented, see below. In the backyard there is a deck with a natural gas BBQ and seating for 6 at the table. The property is very secluded with an occasional neighbor walking by. In the front, there is a deck with 2 sitting chairs, (seasonal). Inside the house is a huge kitchen with 4 breakfast stools and solid wood countertop. The kitchen offers, under-mount lighting, quartz countertops, 5' refrigerator freezer, instant hot water dispenser, on a filtered RO system. Also 2 different coffee dispensers, every pot, pan and mixer, blender you could need and a microwave drawer in the island. The living room is very big and has a large sofa to relax and watch the fireplace and TV from. The round dining table sits 8 comfortably. Bathrooms are full custom tiled and on the main level is a shower, in the lower bathroom is a tub shower combo. There is one bedroom on the main level that has a king size bed and fully custom closet for all your clothing. On the lower level there is a huge 2nd bedroom with a king bed, also two very comfortable cots are in the cot closet. There is also a fireplace and a sitting area as well as another custom closet. The 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed with custom closet and the potential to lock off the bathroom to make a master suite if wanted. All mattresses are incredibly comfortable and low VOC as well. The house offers a new washer and dryer in the utility room on the lower level and also a full house water filtration system with on demand hot water system as well. We really believe that if you are looking for a high end home to make your stay in Sheridan, that is close to Main street but without the noise, you will be very happy with choosing our place. It was built to feel like your home when you walk in and we believe you will sense that as well. There is also a rental apartment above the home that can be rented along with the house.
