You'll also find a separate, full bathroom and two additional bedrooms. The first with a queen bed and the second with a King Bed which can also be pulled apart as two twins, upon request. Bamboo floors are laid throughout the home which has been well cared for over the years. Purchased in 2024 to be a second home for the owners when needed, and an AirBnB when not, great care was given to furnishing the home to be a "like a home" and not a rental. We do accept pets- up to 2 dogs- with a $75 pet fee and the agreement that: -Dogs are not allowed on the comforters or couch or other furniture -They are not to be left alone unattended in the house without a crate -They are not to be left alone unattended outside without being securely tied up -No excessive pet mess or hair is to be left in the home -All pet waste is to be picked up from the back or front yard before leaving -The backyard fence is 4 feet tall with multiple neighbors. Please do not leave your dogs out there unattended unless they cannot jump the fence or do not dig (ground is soft) -No excessive barking that would disturb the neighbors or their pets
