Stylish, completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 level home in a safe, nice and quiet neighborhood. It is centrally located to everything and perfect for family or friends traveling together while having access to amenities our home offers. Enjoy Florida outdoor living with magnificent backyard filled with palm trees, tropical plants and fruit trees. Unwind your stress by soaking into the hot tub or taking a sip of champagne from the tiki bar. The space This is corner lot property with lots of spacious parking. This property is 2 level house with sleeping arrangement in the 1st and 2nd level. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: SECOND FLOOR (sleep up to 7). ALL beds are fitted with 100% cotton that suitable for Florida climate. - Master suite has a queen bed and a twin bed and in suite bathroom - Second bedroom (2nd floor) features a twin trunk beds - Third bedroom (2nd floor) features queen bed DOWN STAIR (sleep 2-3) : - Futon that can be converted to a bed - Couches, foldable mattress AMENITIES: - The brand new kitchen features new countertops with lots of comfortable workspaces for families and friends who want to enjoy time together while making meals or drink inside. All new cabinetry is plenty of storage spaces filled with all necessary equipment for those who enjoy a family dinner in a peaceful setting overlooking to calming tropical appealing plants in the back yard. - Stainless steel appliances, dish washers, and microwave, airfry. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee make, toaster, cooking set, dishes, silverware, serving plates - There is a large size washer and dryer in the laundry room. SOAK IN FLORIDA: Imaging splashing around in the sparkling blue heated spa or have sip of your drink from the tiki bar while bathing under the Florida sunshine. The spa is set to 95F. if the temperature is set below this temperature, please allow time for water to warm up to your desired temperature. There is no life guard on duty, Seabreeze garden oasis, its owner, and agents of the property will not be held liable for accidents, spa, hot tub related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. DRUG: No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored, or used at any time on the premises. MAINTENANCE CREWS: - Spa crew: spa crew will come one a week through the side gate (NOT the house) on Monday between 1-2pm to clean and service the spa. Service take about 30 mins to complete. - Lawn crew: on Thursday, the lawn crew arrives to mow and edge the lawn, blow debris from the front, side and back area of the house. You're welcome to be in the area where they work but be aware it's may be noisy and a bit dusty until they're finished. PARKING: The large drive way allows you to drive in 1 side and exit the other side. It can accommodate up to 4 small cars back to back or 2 SUV(s). Off street parking are also available. Please respect our neighbors by not blocking their driveways or parking in front of their houses. No parking on the lawn please. PARTIES & EVENTS: At this time, we don't allow big parties, receptions or events. The home is located in residential neighborhood. Local ordinances dictate no loud music, noises or partying after 11PM. While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb residence, they are not tolerant of excessive noise and partying PETS: We love pets but they are not allowed at the property at the moment. Please reach out to us for exception SECURITY: For your security and the property, we have installed 5 cameras. 2 are in front of the house including the door bell. 3 cameras are in the back of the house. In addition, we have sensor motion lighting system around the property. No cameras inside the house. We want our guests to be as safe as possible. TV: There are 2 TVs in the property (we'll add more in the bed rooms in the future). They're all equipped with Netflix for free of charge. Please do not sign out of the account. GUEST ACCESS: Guests have full access to the property, front yard, back yard and spa. CHECK IN/OUT - Check in at 4pm. A code will be sent prior to your arrival for contactless check in. - Check out at 11am. Please make sure to check out on time. Our cleaners will show up at within 1 hr after you check out. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Bugs, critters, lizard, and chameleons, etc.. Be mindful that Florida is considered a sub-tropical climate, warm and humid. it is the reason you're visiting right? As such, there are variety of insects, birds, lizards near the property. This is very normal in Florida. Some of them are native.
