Here, you're literal steps from the impossibly blue water and golden sand of this renowned beach. Plus, the incredible shops, restaurants, and nightlife of Atlantic Avenue are just a short distance away. The space Brand New Heated Pool and Beach Access are now open!. There is still some construction going on in the building, so there may be some noise M-F during the day. KITCHENETTE: small area with full sized fridge with separate freezer, toaster, portable cooktop burner, pots, pans, utensils, and microwave for meals. Dishes, silverware and even wine glasses! ENTERTAINMENT: new smart fire TV, wifi, board games, and accessories for the beach. The building also has a community room with TV, fridge, and puzzles. Beach towels too! Whether it's spending the morning looking for seashells, playing a board game, reading a book on the balcony, or enjoying an adult beverage over a game of cards, this beachy oasis will be the getaway you've been dreaming of! (and that sunrise... wow!) Daytona Beach Shores is your relaxing getaway from whatever you seek to escape... our condo is just 2.1 miles from all the Main Street and Pier action, 5.8 miles from Daytona International Speedway, but quiet enough for a relaxing getaway after you uber home from the action zone. Diner with breakfast and lunch is on-site, and mini-golf is right across the street if you have a competitive streak in you. Guest access Brand new heated pool and beach access are now open! Initial check-in needs to occur within our lobby hours of M-F 9am - 9pm ET & Sa/Su 9am - 5pm ET. Please plan your travel to accommodate these times. If it is outside of that we will need advance notice to get you in. Guests can have 1 parking pass. No trailer or oversized parking available. You’ll have full private use of your condo. There is a gym and laundry on site. House Rules: - No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay. - No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation. - Quiet hours from 10pm-8am - Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours. - Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed - No booking for another person. The person booking must be the one staying. This is an AirBnB rule. Person booking must be over the age of 21. - A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement Other things to note This building is south of the "action zone" so is a little more laid back, but you can always uber to the party and come home to some peace and quiet :) Exterior doors are locked after 9pm on M-F or 5pm Sat/Sun. Once you're checked in you'll have a building access key, but for your arrival we need to know ahead of time if it will be after that.
