The backyard offers outdoor dining, grilling, and the opportunity to enjoy a campfire under the stars. A complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is available for your convenience. This is a dog-friendly space, and medium-sized dog bowls are available in the kitchen. Please keep your dog on a leash as the backyard is a shared space that is completely fenced in. Entry into the upper apartment can be made through two separate entrances. The main entry is through the front porch on left hand side of the front porch. The historic nature of the house dates back to the 1700s, with the back staircase being quite steep. Please only use the back staircase if you are sober and in good health. A touchpad lock is also present at the back entrance. Parking guidelines: Please park only one car in the driveway in front of the number 1 or 2. The driveway is shared with the lower unit and the neighbor, so the main driveway must not be blocked. Ample parking is available in front of the house for easy access to the main entrance. There is also an overnight parking lot diagonally across from the house if you have more than 2 cars. The neighborhood is extremely safe, being situated on a dead-end street, which adds to its peaceful atmosphere. Security cameras have been installed on the front porch and back garage for safety purposes. Laundry facilities are located in the basement. A guidebook featuring favorite local restaurants and activities is provided in the house for your convenience.
