Market St Mansion- Downtown Hermann w/ Hot Tub!

Market St. Mansion is a historic home in downtown Hermann. It's a 4 min walk to all the 1st street restaurants like Fernweh, distilleries like Tin Mill, and wineries like Hermanoff Winery. The unique victorian style house features 7 bedrooms 3 baths and a detached newly renovated carriage house that has the 8th bedroom suite with private full bath. This mansion is perfect for family gatherings, birthday's, bachelorette parties, or just a weekend get away with friends. The space There are 7 very spacious bedrooms newly decorated . 1 Room has a king size and the other 6 have queen size beds. There are 2 bedroom are on the main floor and 1 bathroom. There are 4 bedroom and 1 bathroom on 2nd floor. There are 2 bedroom on third floor and 1 bathroom. We also recently redecorated the living room, dining room, and sun room lounge with all new furniture and smart TVs. There is a detached carriage house that also has a private suite and bathroom. Guest need to let me know if they want this unit when they book bc it also is independently listed. There is a brand new 6 person Hot tub as well however quiet hours are in force in Hermann at starting at 10:00pm- 8:00am The previous owner removed the oven and there is no dishwasher please be advised. Guest access There is a front and rear door entrance with keypad codes. There is parking in the driveway at the rear of the house and along 2nd street. Other things to note The house does not have an oven or dishwasher. We do have microwave and air fryer in the kitchen. We do recommend eating out while in Hermann to support the local businesses!
