Cozy 4 bedroom apt located in the land of 44 lakes. We are located at the base of the Adirondack Mnts, boasts a short commute to many wonderful things to do and see. Such as Great Sacandaga Lake, Caroga Lake Performing Arts, Herkimer Diamond Mines, Saratoga Race Track, Six Flags Great Escape, amazing views of nature, fishing, hunting and boating and many other things to do here during the summer. The winter offers, snow shoeing, skiing, and snowmobiling trails with in minutes of your stay. The space You will enter with a code emailed to you within 2 nights of your stay. You enter into the open plan living room / Kitchen. We offer many amenities as if you were staying at a hotel, but with the comforts of home. The apartment is located on the first floor and only has one very small step to get in. A wheelchair can get over with a little assistance. There is also a handicap bathroom Guest access You are welcome to use any of the rooms, there is 1.5 bathrooms so no one has to wait. There is the study to read or just relax. There are games and books there for your enjoyment. There is also a few DVD's and a DVD player in the living room. All the TV's are smart (except the back bedroom on the right, it needs a streaming device.) ready for your login to see a variety of streaming shows. Other things to note I do not allow smoking or pets. There is internet and 4 of 5 of the TVs are smart, you can log into your streaming services at your convenience. 1 TV does require a streaming device.
