Two side-by-side homes with private pools! The space These two homes, Sunny and 75 and Old Blue Chair, combined sleep 54 comfortably with eight master suites between the two of them. There are four main suites per house with king beds and ensuite baths. Each home also has a bunk room with private bathrooms. You will find a private pool and custom lounge chairs on each deck, dual refrigerators in each kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and custom sectionals for plenty of seating inside. For your convenience, the homes also offer high speed internet, sand showers, and a cargo lift. These two homes are joined together by a walkway. Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
