The space Things to know before you book: -Must be 26 years of age to book. -All dogs must be added to the reservation and approved by owner. This charge is added onto your booking by airbnb up to 16 guests. If over 16 guests, we will need to charge the additional guests manually through airbnb. -A signed rental agreement with proof of ID is required. -$1,500 REFUNDABLE security deposit HOLD is required.
