Ranchos AlMar, your perfect refuge in Las Veraneras, Designed for groups of 12 to 16 people, these ranchos offer fully equipped kitchen, private pool and illuminated new construction that guarantees comfort and style. In addition, enjoy exclusive access to the beach through the Las Veraneras clubhouse. While you will feel that forest enviroment, we are a 5 minute walk to the beach. Access to the beach is via Las Veraneras Club House and private access. We have Smart TV Wifi cable The space The house has 3 bed rooms, each has its own bathroom and AC. It has a variation of night stand(s) and drawers chest/ or closet. It has a social bathroom and dressing room. The kitchen dining area and living room is a great open space with 3 large ceiling fans, a Smart TV with cable and WIFI. The kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking tools including a large pot for your family soups and of course, it also has a BBQ area. The outside area has additional outdoor dining table and seating area in addition to 3 hammocks, the outside area also has 2 additional ceiling fans. Private and iluminated swimming pool Guest access Rancho AlMar del Bosque is located in the private residential area Las Veraneras which has a 24/7 security. To get in, we will need to send your guest list to the security gate for you and your guests be allowed to get in. This we will do a couple of days prior to your arrival. Other things to note Access to the beach, we have a private access where there is no limit on the number of people that can come in, and you can bring your icebox to enjoy your drinks. We also have access through the Las Veraneras clubhouse, this is with our membership, which the first 9 person and children 6 and under enter for free. However, after the 10th person, the club will charge you $20 per person per day; You do get a $10 consumable credit at the restaurant. To the side of the clubhouse there is also a public access and on weekend, there is a local restaurant which places tables they have available a full menu, sell coktails and minutas, this access is free of charge as well since it is the public side of the beach. Please know that we do not offer towels or shampoo. We do offer a rental service for towels, $1.00 each if you need. Check in is 3:30 PM Check out is 1:30 PM We offer one cleaning for every 7 days and at additional cost you may add additional cleanings
