Tucked away amidst lush avocado groves, this idyllic retreat offers a peaceful haven complete with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and a screened porch that overlooks our scenic vineyard. Just a leisurely stroll away, guests can enjoy access to the main house amenities including a refreshing pool, relaxing jacuzzi, inviting fire pit, delightful mini-golf course, and a convenient BBQ island. Perfect for couples seeking a romantic escape, the cottage also accommodates up to 4 guests with the queen-sized sofa bed. Whether you're unwinding indoors or exploring the natural beauty of our picturesque property, our Vineyard Cottage promises a truly unforgettable and serene getaway experience. Guest access The pool, jacuzzi, backyard, BBQ island, 3 hole putting green, and fire pit are located inside the fenced yard between the main house and the Serenre Guest House. These areas are shared with the owners who live in the main house and guests who are staying in the Serene Guest House. The pool and jacuzzi are a salt water system. If you wish to have the jacuzzi heated, there is a $25 charge for 2 hours of heating it and we need you to let us know about 1 hour prior to use so we can turn the heat on for you. WE DO NOT HEAT THE POOL due to the high cost of propane. Please remove all trash and food items prior to checking out and place on the patio by the laundry closet. Our plumbing is a septic system so please flush toilet paper only! No flushable wipes, No feminine products. Other things to note The pool, spa, mini-golf, BBQ island, and fire pit are situated at the main house and are shared amenities accessible to guests staying in both the main property and our Serene Guest House. Additionally, our Serene Guest House is available for booking, accommodating larger groups. When booking both the Serene Guest House and the Serene Vineyard Cottage, the combined maximum capacity is 12 guests. The Serene Guest House accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, while the Serene Vineyard Cottage Escape accommodates a maximum of 4.
