(2) The front house has ample space in the front yard for its use , in addition to the shared common area between the two houses. the half acre backyard has kids swing set, work out and games , that is for guests for both units . (3) The front house has patio furniture in its front yard and on its back patio . (4) The garage is not intended for guest use. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house except the garage . Other things to note ATTENTION (1) Local Bookings: We have a zero tolerance policy for parties. All LOCAL bookings PLEASE reach out to host for approval BEFORE booking. Instant bookings by locals may be canceled if they have not been explicitly approved by the host in advance. (2) Security Deposit: A $400 refundable security deposit is required for all guests. This deposit will be authorized on your payment method at the time of booking and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or violation of house rules. If there is any damage or excessive cleaning required, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit.
