Check-in and Check-out Check-in: from 2 p.m. Check-Out: until 11 am Check-in is done with a person previously informed in the reservation, who will deliver the keys, explain how the condominium works, and advise on the disposal of garbage. Guest 🪪 ID To be granted access at the front desk, you must send a copy of all guests' documents up to 48 hours before arrival. ⚠️ Only previously registered guests will be able to access the condominium. 📌 House Rules ▪️Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests will be able to enter the property. ▪️Quiet hours: from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., according to condominium rules. ▪️After the keys are handed over, the guest is responsible for them and must return them at check-out. ▪️The kitchen, including the stove and utensils used, must be left clean and tidy. ▪️All trash must be removed and disposed of in the condominium trash can, as per the guidance received at check-in. ▪️If food scraps, dirty pots or excess dirt are left, an extra cleaning fee of R$200.00 will be charged. ▪️The property does not have a garage. Parking is possible on public roads in front of the condominium.
