There are no stairs to get inside. To help give your mind a walkthrough of how the house is set up, here’s a brief description of each area of the house. ➤ When you walk into the front door, you will be in an entry hall with a closet for guest use. ➤ From there you will enter the living room. We have a smart tv, fireplace and additional dining table. The couch doubles as an extra sleeping area. ➤ Additionally, there are 2 fold-away beds for added sleeping. ➤ The patio door in the living room leads out to the back yard. We have a covered patio with furniture. Perfect for relaxing with friends and family. ➤ To the right of living room is the kitchen. There is a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. ➤ To the right of the kitchen is the garage where the washer and dryer is kept. Guests will have access to the garage. ➤ On the left side of the living room is the hallway to all 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. ➤ 3 of the 4 bedrooms are fitted with queen beds. ➤ One of these bedrooms is the master bedroom. It has its own TV, dedicated work area and private bathroom. ➤ The 4th bedroom is fitted with two twin beds. ➤ Both bathrooms have a combo tub/shower. ➤ Guests are allowed to bring 2 pets (There is an additional $50 pet fee billed separately) ➤ The Front door has an electronic smart lock, so no physical keys are needed to get checked in! We will provide the 4-digit code with the check-in instructions before arrival, If there are any issues, we'll be able to unlock or lock it remotely.
