With ample parking and a gazebo for relaxation, this beachfront home combines comfort and luxury in an incomparable setting. please NOTE: there is an extra fee of $30 per person per night after the 12 person, Airbnb only lows up to 16 people and if you book for 16 people the price will automatically be adjusted by the app, but if you have more than 16 people in your group please let the host know for the charge from the 16th person and up, the extra amount could be paid after booking or the Host can send a adjusted price for your convenience. also note, Water Supply Information The property is connected to city water; however, we do not have control over the schedule of its availability. City water is typically available daily from 7:00 AM to approximately 1:00 PM. After that time, the property relies on what is locally known in El Salvador as "Agua de Punta", a system similar to well water in the United States. While the home has a continuous water supply, please note that Agua de Punta is not suitable for drinking or cooking due to its high mineral content—a common condition in La Costa del Sol ranchos. We highly recommend that guests bring their own potable water for personal use, including drinking, brushing teeth, and cooking. The existing water supply is perfectly adequate for other needs such as showering, cleaning, and general household use. The guest will pay $30 per person per night for each person after the 12 people included in the Airbnb price. If you have a event or a party at the house there is a charge of $10 per person a day also commonly known as (DayPass) , day pass is NOT allowed if the house has not been booked through the Airbnb app, The rooms will be assigned based on the number of people in your reservation.
