This house is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund. ✹ Contactless check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a door code for entry/exit will be provided. ✹ This home has been lovingly curated for out-of-town guests! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews. ✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with us, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are seeking an alternate venue for their affairs or events. We reserve the right to turn away such guests. ✹ Our townhome consists of 3 levels (kitchen and family room, bedrooms and full bath, and the roof top patio), so please be prepared for some stairs. ✹ Undeclared guests in the reservation are not allowed inside the property. ✹ STRICT QUIET HOURS 10PM - 7AM "Especially Outdoor" Guest access Our unit is the last townhome on the left when entering the driveway from W 10th.
