Pets Friendly Waterfront Large backyard with grill

Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful cottage. You will enjoy: proximity of the beach (waterfront - 2nd line from the beach, 345 feet to the high tide line, direct path to the beach), large backyard with campfire. Lower and upper levels decks. Lower porch is screened. Large property lot also provides good level of privacy. Property underwent complete renovation in 2023/24. ***Mar 2026 update- construction of property on neighboring lot in front was completed end of 2025!*** The space Your Pets are welcome! Property has combination of hardwood and vinyl floors that can be easily damaged by an animal with claws. So please please monitor your pet and use pet's blanket for sofa and beds. Additional cleaning fee is applicable for pets. 6 sleep comfortably, additional foldout sofa is available in the living room to accommodate up to 8 people. Beach umbrella and two beach chairs are provided. We don’t guarantee the conditions of them. We do ask you to keep grill area clean and pickup any trach after you done using it. The grill is not cleaned by the cleaning crew so please clean it after yourself. Guest access Large parking space is available. I don’t expect you will need it but up to 6 cars can be parked on the property. Other things to note The shell of the building dates back to 1900. This is one of the original houses on Broadkill. It was fully remodeled in 2023/2024. Some unconventional features remained and you should be advised: steep inside stairs from 1st to 2nd floor with risers almost 11 inches, 7 foot ceiling (but all doors are standard 80 inches).
