Other things to note ➡️ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future. ➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival. ➡️ Boats Cannot Be Docked – The property does not have dock access and boats may not be tied or moored at the canal or nearby. ➡️ Guest Agreement Required – All guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ rental agreement before check-in. ➡️ Fire Pit, Kayaks, Hot Tub & Game Room – These amenities are for guest use at their own risk. Please supervise children and use responsibly. ➡️ Quiet Hours – This home is in a peaceful neighborhood. Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. ➡️ No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is only permitted outdoors, away from doors and windows. ➡️ Seasonal Access – Some amenities may be seasonal and weather-dependent. ➡️ Decorative Fireplace – The fireplace is for ambiance only and not in use.
