Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.   ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. ★ YARD CARE, SNOW REMOVAL & EXTERIOR ACCESS NOTICE ★ Our yard care team services the property every other weekend from March through November, which may fall on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Because their route and timing can vary, we’re unable to guarantee exactly when they’ll arrive—so guests should assume a visit will occur during their stay if it overlaps with a scheduled weekend. If this would be a concern during your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can attempt to reschedule their visit. From December through February, our snow removal team may access the exterior of the property as needed, depending on weather conditions. This may occur at any time, including early mornings or late evenings, to ensure safe access to the property. Please also be aware that the hosts, maintenance workers, yard care crew, or snow removal team may be present on the exterior of the property at any time during your stay. While we always aim to provide notice when possible, there may be occasions when this is not feasible. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of exterior access without prior notice. If you have any concerns or specific requests, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.   ★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★ For the safety, security, and enforcement of house rules, we have installed three exterior security cameras on the property in the following locations: front yard and entryway (including street parking area), side yard, and backyard. These areas also include views of the home’s exterior entrances. Please note that these cameras are used solely for security purposes and to help enforce house rules. They are not actively monitored unless there is a safety concern or security issue. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private interior spaces.
