The space Our home is recently updated and ready to host you! *The kitchen has all new appliances, countertops, a pass thru bar and is well stocked with dish ware, cookware, utensils, small appliances and so much more! *The living room space is comfortable and ready for lively conversation. *There is a dining area with a table that can seat up to 8 when fully extended. *There is a coffee/tea bar with a K-Pod coffee maker, Electric kettle and all of the supplies needed to make yourself a wake-up drink. *There is a front and back yard for being outside/enjoying the sun. Other important notes: *Keyless entry at the front door with a code sent prior to check in. *The property requires use of stairs. *No A/C available. *Smoking ONLY allowed outside and please dispose of your garbage. *We have a Ring Doorbell with an exterior security camera facing the outdoor front entry. The camera actively records video when motion is detected or when the Ring doorbell button is pressed. This camera is not used to monitor guests coming or going but is used for security when the house is unoccupied. Guest access The whole house is accessible aside from a small closet in the upstairs hallway, that is locked. The garage, (arguably not part of the house;)) is also locked. There is a basement that isn't considered a space for living and isn't maintained as such. It is accessible for the use of the washer and dryer. There is a toilet and shower in the laundry space. They are functional and can be used but have not been considered in the amenities as they are in the utility area. Other things to note We will consider 8 guests if pre arranged. The additional sleeping space would be an inflatable bed in the living room.
