The space Our home is newly updated and ready to host you! *The kitchen has all new appliances, countertops, a pass thru bar and is well stocked with dish ware, cookware, utensils, small appliances and so much more! *The living room space is comfortable and ready for lively conversation. *There is a dining area with a table that can seat up to 8 when fully extended. *There is a coffee/tea bar with a K-Pod coffee maker, Electric kettle and all of the supplies needed to make yourself a wake-up drink. *There is a front and back yard for being outside. The property is not fully fenced and dogs will need to be leashed or under command. The backyard is currently recovering from renovation impacts as well as winter so it is currently a little soft and wet. Other important notes: Keyless entry at main entrance. The property requires use of stairs. No A/C available. Smoking ONLY allowed outside and please dispose of your garbage. We have a Ring Doorbell with an exterior security camera facing the outdoor front entry. The camera actively records video when motion is detected or when the Ring doorbell button is pressed. This camera is not used to monitor guests coming or going but is used for security when the house is unoccupied. Guest access The whole house is accessible aside from a small closet in the upstairs hallway, that is locked. The garage, (arguably not part of the house) will also be locked. There is a basement that isn't considered a space for living and isn't maintained as such. It is accessible for the use of the washer and dryer. There is a toilet and shower in the laundry space. They are functional and could be used, if necessary, but should be considered a utility space and only judged as such. Other things to note There can be accommodations for more guests to stay. Message me and we can talk through that. The outdoor areas are also being actively improved. The front yard is pleasant and has several fantastic trees and shrubs that create a beautiful backdrop outside the living room windows as well as the 2 queen bedrooms. The rear yard has been impacted by renovation work in a wet winter climate and is a work in progress. It will require warmer, drier weather before great headway is made. The yard is not fully fenced.
