After a year-long search, our family instantly fell for this charming white cottage, drawn in by its perfect blend of serenity and convenience. In the warmer months, we enjoy exploring the quaint lakeside towns along Lake Michigan's coast, but returning to Casa Blanca always feels like a retreat to a hidden paradise. Surrounded by enchanting woods, a sense of calm washes over you, inviting relaxation in nature’s embrace. Inside, the cozy interior features earthy tones and large windows that frame stunning views of the woods. The well-equipped kitchen offers modern amenities, making every culinary adventure a joy. Create a delicious meal to savor al fresco in the spacious backyard, where a picturesque setting awaits. Step outside to discover our newly added hot tub, a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration or simply soak in the peaceful ambiance. As you relax, watch for deer that often wander through, offering glimpses of Miami Park’s enchanting wildlife. Other things to note Parking: Garage parking space for 2 vehicles + Driveway parking space for up to two vehicles *Street parking is never permitted in the Miami Park neighborhood Pets: Dogs are allowed at this property Beach Access: Neighborhood provides private tram-system to access private community beach *Miami Park Shoreline: The shoreline at Miami Park can change from season to season. As of late August, the trams bring you down to an sandy area above the waterline, with stairs & steps into the lake at either end of the sandy area Tram Access: Electric trams are available along the bluff to traverse the 90 foot bluff. The trams are maintained by the neighborhood association, and Shores cannot guarantee that trams will be fully functional every day of your stay. The association may need to close the trams to address repairs, routine maintenance or recharging the batteries that provide the power to move the platforms. Guests are asked to follow the tram operating instructions so the trams stay operational for everyone in the neighborhood
