The current owners have operated it to rave reviews for 17 years. The previous owner, Mr. Allan Young, grew up in the home and opened its doors as Twillingate's first B&B in 1990. In 2024, the current owners have decided to take a step back and have hired Outport Vacation Properties to manage the home for them in 2024.
