PARKING NOTES PLEASE READ: A parking pass is included in your fees and will be in your unit when you arrive. An additional parking pass can be purchased from the security guard during the day for a fee of $40. There is a maximum of two (2) parking passes allowed per unit. Please fill out the information requested on the passes and keep it in your vehicle during the duration of your stay, so you do not get ticketed or towed. There is parking on the first and second level. This property does not allow parking for boats, trailers, jet skis, RV’s or motorhomes. There is a bike rack located on the premises that is first come/first serve. The Cancellation policy will not change due to hurricanes. *** There may be times when we or our Homeowners Association needs to do routine maintenance or inspections during your stay. Monthly pest control is part of the maintenance in our building. This is how we keep our property and building in tip top shape. We will notify you should something come up during your stay. You must allow them access should something arise during your stay.
