Enjoy the greenway trail directly behind the house and being minutes from grocery stores, shopping, breweries, golf resorts, and much more! The space Welcome to our home! The main bedroom features a huge walk-in closet and shower with double shower heads, as well as a detached bathroom for your own privacy, and a bidet. The main living area is spacious with tons of natural light, beautiful high vaulted ceilings, and a large cloud couch ready for your relaxation with the entire family. This open concept flows into the kitchen which has a large island with 4 bar stools, and additional seating in the detached dining area that sits 6 more people. There is room for all kinds of entertainment! If it’s a nice day, move the fun out onto the back deck where you’ll find two couches that sit 6 people. The kitchen will come equipped with all your cooking & dinning essentials. If you would like a blender or air fryer, etc. on site, just let us know! On the main level you’ll also find the laundry room off from the kitchen and main bedroom, which has convenient hooks for jackets or clothing you’d like to let air dry. In addition, we will provide an ironing board, iron, and laundry detergents for your use. Moving up the stairs to the second floor you’ll find a beautiful bohemian half-bath at the bottom of the stairs. When you enter the second floor you’ll be greeted by a loft / living room area on your right which gives guests an extra area to relax and watch your favorite shows, movies or live television on the Amazon Firestick TV. Also, the cabinets under this TV are filled with different types of board games for all different ages! Moving right along you will find Bedroom No. 2 which has a king bed, nice size closet, a desk and printer for your convenience. The printer is wireless and all you have to do is connect to its network. We will provide printing paper. Next you’ll find the second full bath which is very large, has 2 sinks and lots of storage under the vanity. You’ll note behind the door there are hooks to be used for your towels and you’ll find extra towels under the vanity. Next you’ll find Bedroom No. 3 which features a very large closet, queen bed and beautiful desk for working. This room is spacious and would be a perfect room for anyone bringing a pop up crib for a baby/toddler. Lastly you will find Bedroom No. 4 which only features a bunk bed, if you book for 8 people. If you book for 9 or 10 guests, this room will also have a trundle bed for 2 more guests to sleep. This is a very large room, so you won’t feel cramped. It also features a walk-in closet as big, if not bigger, than the master bedroom. We hope you love our space as much as we do! Guest access You’ll have full access to the house with the exception of the garage, master closet and attic space. Other things to note Please note if you book for 8 guests or less the trundle bed will NOT be included in Bedroom No. 4. The trundle bed is ONLY put up when you book for 9 or 10 guests.
