Breckenridge cools off significantly at night, and fans are provided for comfort. Parking: This unit allows 1 vehicle only. A parking pass (provided) must be displayed on the dashboard at all times. No street parking or overflow parking is available. Laundry: The unit includes access to shared laundry, located in the entry area for Snowberry Units 16A & 16B. Pool & Hot Tub: All guests have access to the Columbine Pool & Clubhouse, just a 10-second walk away. Includes: heated outdoor pool, four large hot tubs, and locker rooms. Closed for routine maintenance in May & October. Xplorie Included: All new reservations include 1 FREE adult admission per day to select attractions (boat tours, adventure parks, museums, and more). Benefits refresh daily and are complimentary. Quiet Community: This area is peaceful and residential. Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM–7 AM, especially when returning late or using the hot tubs. Self-Catering Home: The condo includes starter supplies of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper goods, soaps, and trash bags—guests may need additional items for longer stays. Wildlife: Moose, deer, and fox are commonly seen in this area. Never approach or feed wildlife. Keep food and trash secured at all times. Travel Advisory: Winter weather can be unpredictable. 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended during snowy months.
